Director
Barry Hines was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois and attended Springfield High School. He graduated in 1969 from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and received his Juris Doctor in 1972 from the University of Illinois School of Law. He returned directly to Springfield after law school and was a partner in the firm Barber, Segatto, Hoffee and Hines for thirty six years. In early 2008 he established a sole proprietorship on Centre West Drive concentrating his law practice in the areas of estate planning and farm and commercial real estate. He is married to Linda and has three children, Brett, Blake and Heather.
